Slow inhale, slow exhale.

Each with a careful awareness paid.

I will tell you this, meditation is the way to solve your problems.

It does this by allowing your mind to settle its thoughts.

Thoughts that have previously run wild, need to be tabbed.

Tabs need to be taken on these thoughts especially.

This habit will show you the way towards peace of mind.

This will come at a moment when you least expect it.

I am going to tell you that this initiative will pay off in spades, so long as you keep up with it. Meditation is the practice that all must perform and there is not much debate about it. I must warn you that many beings are not ready to perform the task as their stories do not coincide with Earth’s Awakening. Know that these words will only reach the beings who are truly ready.

I will let you know that this is the initiative that I was waiting for. Know that meditation must be performed daily by all beings no matter what age/sex they are. Know that it is of the utmost importance as it is the key practice humanity is currently missing in their lives. Meditation will solve so many of the world’s problems as it gives humans back their own humanity in that emotions such as empathy, compassion and gratitude will be reached. I would also like to say that there is soon a time when it will be too late as technological take over is looming and humanity is not ready for what’s to come.
