7-9 am Wake up.
1 cup of tea, nothing added.
Water throughout my entire day.
No Breakfast - Fast until 10:30-12 pm.
For Lunch.
A Bowl of Fruit Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, bananas, raspberries.
I add 20-25 grams of a gluten free, high protein and low sugar cereal EG: Catalina Crunch.
100-125 ml of unsweetened oat milk.
Cinnamon powder.
1 cup of tea, nothing added.
Have 35-40 grams of dark chocolate.
For Dinner. Egg Wraps
3 eggs, 10 tbsp of egg whites added. Scrambled or fried. Salt & pepper.
3 small pieces of lean back bacon, or ham cold cuts.
3 Romero’s corn taco soft shells (43g).
Unsweetened ketchup.
1 glass of coconut water unsweetened.
1 cup of tea - un-caffeinated.
9-10pm Go to Sleep.
